Caliber Collision

Caliber did a fantastic job on our Kia Soul. My 90 old mother drives the car, and she unexpectedly ended up in the hospital while they were doing the repairs. When the car was ready I received a text that it was done. However, she was still in the hospital. They were kind enough to keep the car in their locked lot for 6 days until she could pick it up. And when we got inside and saw that they had not only washed the car but completely cleaned the interior we were really impressed. The car looks new inside and out!! We would definitely recommend them!

Here is a polished, professional review based on your experience: **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) – Outstanding Service!** I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. Marsha at the front desk was incredibly efficient and made the drop-off and check-in process seamless. My adjuster, Chris, was highly professional throughout the entire process—he kept me updated every step of the way via text message, which I really appreciated. To top it off, my vehicle was ready well ahead of the deadline! I am absolutely thrilled with the repairs; the workmanship is excellent, and it looks like a brand-new car. Highly recommend!

For having to deal with the stress of an accident what a pleasure to deal with the folks at Caliber!! Chris was extremely professional, polite and kept us in the loop of the progress of the repair at all times. The car is good as new and we are extremely grateful to Chris and his team at Caliber! Thank you!

The service manager Chris went above and beyond to find parts for my 2010 Chrysler Sebring convertible. He was able to repair be those parts that were not available nationwide. The front end repair and paint makes the car look brand new. We were extremely happy with the new car look exterior and interior. Chris was very respectful of my military career as well. Wonderful experience.👍

Had a fender bender. I own a 2025 Durango hellcat hammerhead. Kara provided Excellent customer service, communicated through the process, and went out of her way to make sure all My questions were answered And made the process painless. They matched the paint perfectly and it looks like it never happened. I give them a 10 out of 10
